A word from our chef: “I am Italian, started cooking very young and was trained in fine dining establishments such as il Ristorante Luca Fantin, in Tokyo, La Pergola in Rome and Noma in Copenhagen. I am excited to be joining you guys in ibiza and can’t wait to explore the amazing variety of Mediterranean flavours with all of you!”
